Talkya CRM

Use of the app

Talkya CRM is provided for clinic owners, managers, and staff and supports mobile CRM workflows for clinic leads, patient follow-up, tasks, campaigns, payments tracking, analytics, and owner visibility. You are responsible for using the app only with appropriate authorization and only with accurate, lawful information.

Important limitations

Talkya CRM is not a patient self-care app, does not provide medical advice, and does not provide consumer financial services.

The app should not be used for emergencies. If there is an emergency or urgent safety issue, contact local emergency services or the appropriate care team through approved emergency channels.

Accounts and access

Some features may require an approved account or clinic workspace. You must keep account access private and notify support if you believe access has been compromised.

Acceptable use

You may not use the app to break the law, violate another person's rights, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, or upload information you are not allowed to handle.

Changes and support
