Use this page to request deletion of account or app data connected to Talkya CRM.

How to request deletion

Email info@talkya.ai with the subject line "Talkya CRM data deletion request". Include the app name, the email address or workspace used with the app, and a short note saying that you want your app data deleted.

Data that can be deleted

We can delete or de-identify account records, support records, and app data controlled by the app developer when deletion is allowed by law, contract, audit, and clinic record obligations.

Data that may be kept

Some records may need to be retained for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, audit logs, billing records, dispute handling, or clinic-controlled record retention. If data is controlled by a clinic workspace, the clinic administrator may need to approve or complete the deletion request.

Timing

We review deletion requests and respond with the next step or confirmation. If we need more information to find the account or workspace, we will ask for only what is needed to process the request.
