Use of the app

Voti is provided for adult healthcare providers and approved clinical staff and supports private medical scribe workflows for visit recording, draft note creation, note review, and clinic handoff preparation. You are responsible for using the app only with appropriate authorization and only with accurate, lawful information.

Important limitations

Voti does not replace clinician judgment, does not provide emergency care, and does not make autonomous diagnosis or treatment decisions.

The app should not be used for emergencies. If there is an emergency or urgent safety issue, contact local emergency services or the appropriate care team through approved emergency channels.

Accounts and access

Some features may require an approved account or clinic workspace. You must keep account access private and notify support if you believe access has been compromised.

Acceptable use

You may not use the app to break the law, violate another person's rights, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, or upload information you are not allowed to handle.
