What this app does

Voti is for adult healthcare providers and approved clinical staff. It supports private medical scribe workflows for visit recording, draft note creation, note review, and clinic handoff preparation.

Voti does not replace clinician judgment, does not provide emergency care, and does not make autonomous diagnosis or treatment decisions.

Information we may collect

• Account information, such as clinician name, email address, sign-in status, and approved workspace access.
• Audio recordings, transcripts, draft clinical notes, patient display names, and reviewed note exports when the user chooses to use those features.
• Device and usage information needed to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Android app.
• Local draft data used for offline or interrupted-workflow support.

• To provide app features requested by the user or approved clinic workspace.
