Talkya EHR

Use of the app

Talkya EHR is provided for adult healthcare and aesthetic clinic staff and supports mobile EHR workflows for schedules, patient charts, treatment notes, consent records, inventory, compliance review, and e-prescribing workflow preparation. You are responsible for using the app only with appropriate authorization and only with accurate, lawful information.

Important limitations

Talkya EHR does not replace clinician judgment, does not provide emergency care, and does not make autonomous treatment decisions.

The app should not be used for emergencies. If there is an emergency or urgent safety issue, contact local emergency services or the appropriate care team through approved emergency channels.

Accounts and access

Some features may require an approved account or clinic workspace. You must keep account access private and notify support if you believe access has been compromised.

Acceptable use

You may not use the app to break the law, violate another person's rights, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, or upload information you are not allowed to handle.

Changes and support
